Discreet Shipping

Customer privacy is of the utmost importance to us – every order is billed, packed and shipped as discreetly as possible from start to finish.

All of our shipping labels and billing statements use our legal business name “PJS Ventures, LLC” with no mention of purablaze.

We ship orders using plain USPS flat rate packaging or unmarked brown boxes or envelopes with absolutely no indication of the package contents.

Shipping Policy

Nearly all orders placed through us include free shipping within the USA. We ship orders directly from our shop in Benton Harbor, Michigan six days a week (Monday to Friday) during all active USPS / UPS hours.

Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with 1-3 business day shipping. Larger (desktop) vaporizers are shipped with 1-5 day service. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 7 or 8 PM.

What do I do if my package is lost?

 If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office or UPS or Fedex store for immediate assistance with your package. We ask that before contacting Planet of the Vapes, you make a claim by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS, 1.800.GoFedEx, or 1-800-PICK-UPS.  Please include the claim number when contacting us via support@purablaze.com

What if my package is damaged?

If you discover that your package is damaged after it is delivered, please contact our team at support@purablaze.com.

 Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

No, not if you have received your tracking information by email. All orders placed before 3pm, ET will ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm ET will ship the next business day. If you have not received a tracking number, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order but we can not guarantee changes can always be made.
